Returning your order

it sometimes happens that you are not completely satisfied after receiving your order.
is this the case with you? Please contact us first. We are here to help and are happy to advise you. In consultation with each other, we always try to offer the best possible solution according to the customer's wishes.

You can return products that you have purchased in the webshop to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note: some products are not suitable to be returned for hygiene reasons.
For example, products that have been removed from their original packaging by breaking a seal may not be returned. With duo packages, such as 3X65 grams of soap, only a complete set can be returned.
